SAF, a solution for aviation with many advantages

With sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), a second-generation biofuel, CO2 emissions are reduced by up to 90% compared to traditional fossil fuels, without the need to modify existing engines, or storage, supply, and refueling systems.

In Moeve we started the commercialization of SAF in the main Spanish airports.

We offer a permanent supply of SAF in the airports of Madrid, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca and Seville, through which more than half of the passenger traffic flying in our country passes.

Moeve shows you its new way of “trabelling”

In November 2022, more than 200 flights took off with Moeve's SAF biofuel from Seville airport. The sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) was produced by Moeve at its La Rábida Energy Park (Huelva) from vegetable waste.

Air Europa flies to La Habana with Moeve’s SAF

This is the first time in Spain that two companies have established a regular supply of this sustainable fuel for an specific air route.
