Fast-breaking cationic bituminous emulsion for surface dressing in warm areas with strong thermal gradients or heavy traffic, which includes a bitumen modified with Elaster-type polymers as a binder, giving greater cohesion and durability to the treatment. Applicable in roads with the T31 and T32 heavy traffic category, or even in the T41 category in mountainous areas.
