How is it related to Porque TU Vuelves?

Porque TU Vuelves was the name of the previous Moeve Loyalty program.
Porque TU Vuelves is now called Club Moeve gow.

What happens to the customers who were part of Porque TU Vuelves? And what happens to the points accumulated from the Porque TU Vuelves program?

All customers who were participated in Porque TU Vuelves will automatically become Moeve gow Club customers, without any prior requirements. They will also be able to enjoy all its benefits right away.
All your points will be automatically converted into a balance in euros.

And what happens to the points accumulated from the Porque TU Vuelves program?

No, points are not lost. All Porque TU Vuelves customers join the Moeve gow Club with their points converted to the equivalent balance in euros.

Can I continue to use the Porque TU Vuelves card?

The use of the Porque TU Vuelves Card is no longer necessary for any operation or identification, although you will be able to continue using the card during the first months after the launch of the new Moeve gow offer, on a temporary basis.
